NOTE: Due to Covid restrictions, some areas are not able to receive White Glove delivery. Certain companies have restrictions on entering premises due to contamination risks and mask mandates per State/County/City. We will let you know if there is an issue with the receiving address being able to have White Glove delivery available. Thank you for your understanding during these trying times!

What happens after I place my order?

We are excited to have partnered with SideDoor who will secure and fulfill your order. They will also handle logistics around shipping along with customer service. SideDoor can be contacted with any questions or concerns with regards to delivery and/or damages at info@sidedoor.com.

What is your Return/Cancellation Policy?

We do not offer returns, cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final unless product(s) is damaged in transit . If you have a product that is damaged, please take a photograph of the packaging and product and contact SideDoor Customer Service at info@sidedoor.com. The items on our shop include a curated selection of trade only products that ship directly from the various manufacturers. If you are unsure about your selection, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for support at info@stonehousedesignco.com.

How does it ship?

SideDoor will email you regarding the progress of your order. Please look out for communication from them once your order is placed. Orders will be shipped via a local freight carrier who will contact you when your furniture is ready to be scheduled for delivery.

How does it get delivered?

Furniture will be delivered “Threshold” (to your door or placed immediately inside your home).

If you would prefer “White Glove” delivery (additional charge per vendor), this will include placement in a specific room (including 2 flights of stairs), removal of original packaging, and light assembly. We highly recommend White Glove delivery for larger furniture.

Do we offer other sizes, finishes, or colors?

Yes!! Many products listed are merely a sampling of various sizes, finishes and/or colors. If you do not see what you are looking for, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@stonehousedesignco.com.
